Phase 1 Industrial Unit Refurbishment
As part of Phase 1 of the Dominion Way Industrial Estate refurbishment project in Cardiff, we partnered with our client to upgrade an industrial unit in preparation for the anticipated 2030 EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) standards.
The refurbishment focused on improving the building’s thermal performance, energy efficiency, and security while creating a modern, compliant industrial workspace. Our team supplied and installed a range of high-quality industrial doors and security products designed to enhance insulation, durability, and site protection.
The project included the installation of a 95mm insulated warehouse roller shutter door, providing excellent thermal insulation and improved energy efficiency for the building. We also supplied and installed insulated steel personnel doors and fire exit doors, ensuring safe, secure, and compliant access throughout the facility.
To further strengthen the property’s security, we installed security roller shutters over windows and external doors, offering enhanced protection against unauthorised access while maintaining the building’s professional appearance.
